With the situation constantly evolving there is much fear, anxiety and uncertainty amongst business and the community. 16.01.2022 PROJECT: Gippslandia Cookbook Over the past few weeks I have been lucky enough to do the layout and artwork of this beautiful cookbook for Gippslandia - The Book of Life: Recipes & stories from across Gippsland'. The book is a collaboration between Gippslandia, Behind The Sash and a wonderful collection of local farmers, chefs, producers, winemakers, distillers and brewers from across Gippsland' aiming to raise awareness on rural mental health. The eBook features their winter eating program ‘Winter Warming’ aimed at helping people cook healthy meals with fresh ingredients at home. A contemporary style was used that clearly and effectively includes an overview of the program, 4 weeks of recipes, shopping lists and running sheets.
