25.01.2022 Li'l Snowflake Li'l Snowflake is now looking for her new little human. At approx 13years old and 11.1h she is the perfect hight for a second pony for a confident beginner. As close to bombproof as they come! We havnt been able to find anything that fazes her. Li'l snowflake is a forward moving pony, she isnt a kick along but is extremely tolerant and will happily trott all day for any child that finds a way to kick and hold on. Ridden by complete beginners independently a...round the farm in and outside of the arena and by nervous kids out on the roads. Li'l snowflake is amaizing out on trails, will go anywhere and follow anything. Has been handled solely by children between the ages of 5 and 8 for the past year, catch, lead, tie, brush, saddle, ride. Has been to ponyclub as a lead line pony prior to COVID and was an angel. Teddy is wonderfully simple to drive in both double and single harness and has recently started his formal education under saddle. Teddy is a nice forward moving gentleman, he always brings a great attitude to work and is willing and eager to please. He is proving to be very trainable and will make a beautiful alrounder. Teddy has shown talent for jumping, having jumped upto 75cm at home with plenty of scope to go higher. 22.01.2022 Spent the day today helping make traditional Australian leather stock man's bridles for an up and coming film/ TV series Im lucky enoughto be a part of. Even made one for myself! I'm seriously impressed with the skills of the people I work with. Not only do they break in all of their own horses, but they hand make all of their own equipment and harness, build all of their own carriages and build all of the horse transport including trailers, stock crates and horse trucks. 18.01.2022 Today I had the pleasure of working with this beautiful boy Casper. And yes I know what your thinking........he's sporting last seasons "Muddy stain" look. But he is a nudist in its purest form and protests against rugs so we wear our stains with pride! Casper is a new breaker that i will be working with over the coming weeks. I would today just like to point out how much easier, safer and more pleasurable it is to work with horses that have been given such a great foundation... with groundwork. Although not yet mouthed Casper completed walk/halt and walk/trot transitions, change of rein at both walk and trot and maintained rhythm and straightness in 20 meter circles on both reins and all of this can be contributed to the hard work his owner has put into his foundations on the ground! There are so many ways to do things and I do make it a priority to focus my training towards client needs and outcomes. Because of this I myself am constantly learning and evolving as a rider and as a trainer. A big thank you to @firenzapark for allowing me to be a part of this exciting journey. His ride today is a testament to the brilliant foundations you have solidified. 17.01.2022 POLLY SOLD Polly is a beautiful Little girl now Looking for her next little human.... 13.1h, 11 year old triple registered Riding Pony x Welsh. Polly has taken her current young rider from lead line to cantering independently within a few months! She was shown extensively with previous owners and has attended pony club and clinics. Very easy to catch, shoe, float. Polly is a well educated pony, perfect amount of woah and go for a confident junior rider ready for the next step. Polly has a beautifully soft snaffle mouth, has been ridden out on trail rides and has been exposed to cars, trucks, motorbikes, carriages, lawnmowers, kids and dogs. Polly is a neat little jumper, very honest, has jumped upto 85cm with previous owner, with plenty of potential to go higher. Polly is currently ridden by an 8 year old begginner for pleasure and has often been used as a lesson pony. Polly has proven to be an excellent lunge lesson pony for riders learning to rise to the trott and to have their very first canter! 14.01.2022 ASPEN It's a very exciting time for everyone that has been waiting so patiently. Aspen is now ready to begin his search for his new human. 15.3h, 8yrs TB gelding. An absolute gentleman to do everything with, this boy has a big future ahead of him. Absolutely no dirt at all, more Woah than Go. Aspen is such a superstar that prior to his last spell was being used currently at JJE as a riding school mount to teach both young and adult riders. Aspen has been out to PC freshm...an’s days, Show jumping competitions, Interschools and combined training days and recently had his very first day out at a cross country clinic. He is exactly the same out as he is at home. He is a very honest jumper has been schooled upto 1meter and competed upto 90cm with a young rider. Aspen has plenty of scope to go higher. He is a brilliant confidence booster. Very soft into the contact and a soft snaffle mouth. Although Aspen is a very quiet boy, he is still green and would flourish under the instruction of a competent young rider or the watchful eye of a knowledgeable instructor who will continue his education. Perfect first green horse. Aspen will only be sold to the perfect home and will continue with us at JJE until he has found his perfect match! In no hurry to sell this boy, HE IS TOO MUCH FUN! Aspen does windsuck but is controlled by collar and absolutely loves his food! 13.01.2022 So.......my first lesson for the day today went better than I could have ever hoped for. Seeing growth in a new partnership is what makes my heart happy. Not only did both horse and rider end with a huge smile on their faces, so did I! My beautiful clients had prepared an amazing box of home grown fruit and vegetables for me! Thank you for my wonderful box of goodies! Now.........heading home to prepare five star dinner.

13.01.2022 NOW IN TRAINING A big warm welcome to Beau. Beau arrived at JJE today for some Training and re-education. Beau is quite obviously a beautiful boy but lacks confidence both on the ground and under saddle. Over the next few weeks We will be working on building his confidence and exposing him to the big scary world that exists outside of his paddock . Really looking forward to working with him and helping him ENJOY his partnership with his new humans.

At approximately 10:00am this morning "Twinkle Toes " and I became a partnership In all seriousness, as expected he took it all in his stride. He stood still while I jumped up and down beside him trying to lift the saddle onto his back. Getting on presented another major challenge but with a helping hand I managed to get a leg up and climbed aboard! I want to use this as an opportunity to tell everyone ou...t there, Don't ever let anyone put you and your horse in a box, just because your horse is trained Western, this doesn't mean you cannot train dressage, if you have a dressage horse, it may very well be a natural showjumper! 07.01.2022 NICKERS Kristabella Park Victoria Secret, Affectionately known as "Nickers" is a registered 14.1h, 8 year old Riding Pony cross Welsh mare. Nickers is looking for a confident, competitive young rider to head out and win some competitions! With numerous ribbons and championship titles under her belt she is ready to take her next rider up through the classes. Was competing up to 1.05mtr with previous owner, plenty of scope to go higher and very quick against the clock, has ...attended Pony club and multiple inter-school comps, too many outings and competition placings to mention. Since being with us nickers has enjoyed some further education on the flat, loads of trail riding miles and has even been used on the lunge to teach young beginners. Nickers is a forward moving pony but is unflappable in nature. She is very bold and will give absolutely anything a go! Nickers is a very honest mare, no nasties at all. 04.01.2022 I think it's finally time to start showing her off! My very own little unicorn Woodleigh Amarula is not so "little" any more and has finally returned to work after having a spell to allow her to grow and mature. La La was lightly broken in as a 3 year old and today marks her 6th ride back in work after almost 12 months off. La La is my heart horse, I bought her when she was just 3 days old with big plans in mind for our future together and now I believe we are finally ready to start making our mark!

03.01.2022 A great representation of some of the big improvements we wore over the 2 day Intensive Clinic. Over the two days we focused on letting go and allowing with our hands, we also re visited the longer, lower frame to assist with relaxation, suppleness and strengthening the back and hindquarters. Learning how NOT to argue with your horse can be a tricky concept to grasp. I like to focus on working together with yourself and your horse to find ways to reach a desired outcome in a firm, fair and rewarding manner. *Please double click on video to see full length view*

02.01.2022 This video was the peaceful part of my day, gazing over beautiful caverns spotting for mobs of unhandled horses, the rest was spent hanging on for dear life as we galloped up and down these mountains, in and out of shrubs, dodging trees and low lying branches. Such a world away from any I usually do but when I get the chance I'm in it all the way! So much fun! Second half of the day was spent hanging on even tighter to the back of a quad bike zooming across the same crazy lan...dscape.
