22.01.2022 ! About 5.5 months of being in a caloric surplus and hard training, with 1.5 months to go ... I do admit, there’s definitely been of hard days and I’ve probably annoyed my coach waaaay too much with my constant complaining ...... ! I’m around 6.5kg heavier than starting weight, lifting the heaviest and have been eating all the carbs! Definitely uncomfortable, but it has been one hell of a learning curve. Cannot wait for the real struggle of prep to start in April and see what we can create for Show Day! See more

03.01.2022 - - ...and. I haven’t tanned in 2 weeks so that’s just the lighting but pretty happy with these pics! Here me thinking I was getting super fat clearly I haven’t changed a whole lot in my mid section ... First pic I was put on 2230 calories with 338g carbs, which deffs shook me! I was previously only eating around 1600 calories daily. Have had the same calories since and have made some pretty good shoulder and quad gains!
