23.01.2022 What gets you out of bed in the morning. When your feeling lazy and just want to stay cozy under the covers, what motivates you to get up. My motivator is this guy. He is loving and playful, annoying and fun. He makes me want to get up and play with him. Thanks Bruce



23.01.2022 Just 3 words! No matter what is going on in your life at this very moment. Whether it is your lowest point or your having a poo of a day. I just want you to remember 3 words. "Believe in yourself"... If you are feeling overwhelmed or stressed or trying to deal with a difficult situation. No matter what believe you have the power to get through the day. Just the day. Then tomorrow, do it again, you have the power to get through the day. This positive mind shift can help you see you are powerful, strong and fully capable of going through anything this life will lay before you.

22.01.2022 Audio Books? I find it hard to read books but I really wanted to focus on my personal development so I went to the Audiobook App. WOW my new favourite thing!!! I can listen to a book on the long road trips I regularly do. ... I have been listening to Kick Ass by Mel Robbins. Mel is not for the faint hearted. She has a successful book called the 5 second rule which she does go into within Kick Ass. This past week has blown my internal thoughts wide apart, just listening to Mel dissect 8 participants lives and find their blockers. She has taught me some techniques to use to remain in a positive/calm state and to focus on what I want and what make me truly happy. Mel is extremely direct but compassionate and really sees through all the excuses and finds the real reasons for it. I learnt more about myself this week than I have from any other personal development book or speak I have listened to before. I highly recommend listening to Mel if you are finding you have a blockage in any part of your life, whether it be your relationship, business or just life in general. There will be some aspect of these sessions insightful and appealing I guarantee it.

20.01.2022 There will always be something unexpected come up in life. There will be days you wake up wanting to make those great changes in your life but you just feel like poo. You just want to sleep in and feel those comforts you know you love. ... Push past that feeling. If you have a headache take a paracetamol. If you need energy fuel your body with good food. If you push past that feeling of uncomfortable or past the poo feeling you will feel better. When you finally get to the gym or go for that walk or finally do what ever you were putting off, your body mind and spirit believe in you. You did something to better yourself. I felt like absolute poo today but I promised myself I would wake up early, walk the dog and go to the gym all before 7.30am. Every moment I felt like I could just stay in bed just rest, I said to myself, no I want to better myself and if I just take one step in the direction I want it will be better. So I got up and had a pounding headache nut kept going. Every step on the treadmill my head pounded but I knew it was for my better good. How badly do you really want to be your better self? Commit to yourself and just stepping a small step at a time if you feeling chucking in the towel. You will feel better for it. You can do it xxx

19.01.2022 Are you present? This life is precious. We are here breathing now but in an instant we could be gone from this amazing world. Are you present in all your interactions, or are you busy on your phone, scrolling through Facebook. Wasting time.... It is amazing the feeling we can get when we interact with others, including animals. So today instead of ignoring what's around you, open your eyes and really see what this world has to offer. We won't find true fulfillment in this life in our phones.

17.01.2022 Stop and smell the flowers, take a moment today to stop and take a breath. Feel the fresh oxygen enter your lungs and as you exhale think about the beautiful marvels around you, could be the weather, nature, people, animals. Take a moment to enjoy this amazing planet.

15.01.2022 What others think about you is their business. What matters most is what you think about you. Your soul, your life, your spirit. Your physical appearance should come second after how you feel on the inside. If you feel great from your heart and appreciate all of your qualities you will find your physical appearance means @!## all. I have seen so many people here in Bali obsessed about their appearance and getting the right shot for Instagram. I don't need to stick my butt o...ut or flash my bits to make me feel loved. If you give yourself at least 5 minutes every morning to tell yourself all the qualities you love about yourself, you won't need to seek that from others. We are all unique and beautiful in our own way. That is the beauty of this world. You are one of a kind. Appreciate that

12.01.2022 The power of DRIVE! This morning was different for me. I decided when I woke up I wasn't gonna look at my phone straight away and I was going to get straight up and out the door to walk Bruce, breakfast then straight to the gym. Wow, my session at the gym today was the best I have felt in a long time. I wasn't angry this morning, or tired or lethargic. I was energised. I got to see the beautiful sun and spend time with my dog and my partner. ... To think all because I choose life over social media. Social media does have a positive affect in society if used the right way, sure. But not judging myself or hiding other people the moment I wake up was so refreshing. I feel empowered today. Try it with me. Tomorrow try not to check social media as soon as wake. Get up do something you love then go on later. You will be surprised by the mental shift. Love yourself xxx

12.01.2022 Dream it, then do it. Transform your biggest wishes into achievable goals. I have been quiet for a little while, busy with my training job, building my content for my business and helping my partner build his new business. Exciting times ahead.... Stay tuned for more. 08.01.2022 Control at what cost? My need for control really came to ahead this week. I have 3 business areas (2 too many lol) I was trying to devote my time to and then throw in the fact we have to move within a month. Resulting in my mind going into overdrive. I was over thinking, stressing and causing myself to get anxious. ... My tipping point was when I was on the treadmill thinking I was on my way to a panic attack. I needed to change something . I saw my psychologist the next day and talked through all of the stuff in my head. What e helped me realise is I needed to release control of at least one of the 3 areas I was focused on. I definitely still wanted to devote time to working on my dream and I was not going to reduce my focus on my job I love. So I had to take look at the other business area, supporting others. Why did I need to have control. I didn't want it to fail. Without me it would still run and it most certainly would still grow. I had to learn to teach myself what I teach others about delegating and supporting, as a trainer that is damn hard. Instantly when I looked at anxiety as a name for a natural reaction to change(sweaty palms, increased heart rate, turning stomach, fear), I started to think more logically about how I could reduce my tasks and plan my time more effectively. Over the coming weeks it will be extremely busy in our household and this will be a prime time to put some practices into place to assist me in reducing my stress and feeling better. I really want to focus on helping others work through anxiety and the fear of change as it is the same chemical reaction you get on a rollercoaster or when you start a race. Stay tuned for some tips and strategies to help with those out of control feelings. Xx

01.01.2022 Do you really know yourself? Do you know what you need when things get a bit too much and the stress piles up? It is so important to listen to your inner voice, when you need a minute, take it. What do you want to do in that minute? ... I had a really stressful week this week. It seemed to never end, so I knew today I needed time to just take a breath and go to my favourite place with my favourite dog. It was so refreshing and relaxing just feeling the sand between my toes and coming back to earth away from the stresses. What relaxes you? Do you need a minute to take a breath and do something for yourself? Even just a few minutes will help your mind, body and soul recharge.
