08.01.2022 Healthy hair tip!! Using coconut oil on the ends of your hair before shampooing will add maximum moisture as a pre treatment and will help repair dry and damaged hair!! Steps 1- get coconut oil and rub in palms of hands until becomes a liquid add to whatever hair you can grip at the base of your neck for short hair all over (avoid roots if you have fine hair) 2- shampoo hair twice!!... if hair is very oily on ends use a small amount on ends do not rub shampoo roughly through the ends! This will cause knots 3- add treatment to ends only unless you have very thick uncontrollable hair! Leave for a few minutes at least 3-5 minutes 4- rinse and condition hair over the top a treatment will not work properly of it the cuticle has not been closed and sealed with conditioner and rinse thoroughly! 5- add leave in treatment and protein sprays and heat protection etc and style!! Coconut oil is cheap from supermarkets and can be used all over the body as a moisturiser and for a million other things for beauty and cooking!!

Full head of foils, regrowth, and blended with semi tint and toners of ash and violet :-) very happy with my results! You can get this from $100+ depending on results you want and what your hair is now.
