12.01.2022 Over the last few months I’ve had a lot going on.. to say the least I’ve strayed from keto for about 4 months now. I never completely stop but I allowed cheat days and stopped keeping track of what I was taking in. With this has come body aches, tiredness, mood swings, headaches, and some anxiety has come back. I feel horrible and this has been a huge eye opener for me. I realize how much the food we eat effects our body. I’ve made a vow as of today to get back on track 100%. Today starts the new me! Who’s with me?
