20.01.2022 Had so much fun baking with Declan today I’ve not got to have that one on one time with him that we normally have because I’ve been so busy helping the other 2 with their schoolwork! I think we both needed this today to just be silly and have fun in the kitchen together

18.01.2022 Just a boy and HIS thermomix And me in my rightful place handing him the ingredients I was not allowed to help and kept getting told off everytime I touched it haha Not even 5 years old and he just made wagon wheel slice from start to finish he was so proud of himself and we had so much fun
17.01.2022 All he’s wanted to do all day is cook lasagne, I told him it was time to make it and he took off to the kitchen, by the time I got there he had the recipe up on the screen ready to go so I went back to the main screen and got him to show me how he did it! I have never taught him how to find the recipes, he must of just learnt from watching me do it

Before I set the menu and dates I thought I would get some feedback from you on what you would like. What would you like to see me cook? Or make with me? Would a daytime zoom suit you? Evenings? 13.01.2022 Forgot to post my finished eggs earlier as I was busy with the kids but they cooked perfect and I’ve popped them in the fridge for a quick healthy snack will be giving the soft boiled eggs a go next, maybe for breakfast tomorrow morning

06.01.2022 Oh my god! I am in heaven My nannas corn beef recipe with mustard sauce cooked on the stovetop all afternoon and all the veggies cooked in the thermomix whole family have requested it for dinner tomorrow night too

Every now and then my sister and I would talk (nag) Mum into buying us these from the supermarket and it was such a treat and a special memory for me so now to make them for my own kids just gives me all the feels What was your shopping treat as a kid?
