24.01.2022 What’s your thoughts? #change

13.01.2022 Happy Easter Friends, Family and Clients Take this time to Rest, Reflect and Reset. It’s been a busy start to the year and first quarter of 2021. Many people feeling like they are on the hamster wheel chasing the ‘to do’ list and catching up from 2020 they year that was. Also, feeling a new level of fatigue (Especially in the Central West) with the region expanding, tourism booming and recovering from the residue left behind from drought, Bush fires and a pandemic.... It’s important to reflect and do an internal check in: 1. How are you doing? 2. How can you connect with your love ones and check in on how they are really doing? 3. How can you be kind to yourself? 4. How can you be kind to others? (Don’t forget to fill your own cup before you fill others ) Personally, I will be lying by a pool, eating, sleeping, nurturing my relationship and planning for the next 3 months of work, play and business growth Happy Easter #Rest #Reflect #Reconnect

05.01.2022 If you do not create change, change will create you. ~Unknown We are often resistant to change, and we don’t realize that change itself is constant. Even if you resist or avoid it, it will enter your life just the same. When you initiate the change yourself, it’s pretty easy to adapt to it, since it’s a wanted one.... But are the unplanned and unexpected changes bad? What if all changes were good by default? Remember your first day of school in high school or your first day on the job at your first employer, or even the first time you experienced an organisational restructure or budget cuts at work.as opposed to now when you face similar changes in work and life I have been embracing change since a young age. During my life I have lived in different countries and in and worked in multiple different industries. At first it is a bit difficult adapting, but after a while you get used to the change so much that if it doesn’t come for a while, you end up pursuing a new study, project or destination in order to feel something changing. Changes connected with moving from country to country and city to city impacted my personality. Thanks to them I became more flexible and open-minded. Now I understand cultural differences and appreciate diversity. Each of the career and industry shifts brought knowledge and new experiences and self-confidence, grit and resilience. All those changes led me to the realization of what I wanted to do with my life and lead me on my path to standing within my purpose today. What skills and knowledge are essential for change leadership? (TIP: it’s about finding that capability building sweet spot to balance the benefits and consequences.) #changeagility #workshops #benefits #consequences #changemanagement #leadership #agility #mindset
