24.01.2022 Mr & Mrs Dale I was so excited when I was asked to make this beautiful wedding cake. My chocolate buttermilk cake filled with fresh vanilla bean Itialian meringue buttercream and hand painted gold drip. Adorned with gorgeous florals from Heavenly blooms which I created on site at Malumba Estate. This was the view where this cake came to life. Picture perfect views everywhere you look. It was a day and a cake I'll remember forever. ... Your day is so special and is meant to reflect you both and so does your cake. 18.01.2022 This cake received so much love I have clients requesting this design over and over. Although no floral cake will ever be the same because you can never get the exact same flower twice. Which is something I love about floral cakes they may share similar structure and designs but the flowers will always tell their own story. The naked cake came into trend many year's ago. I like many other's thought it was just a trend but naked cakes are definitely here to stay. I'm not quit...e into the messy naked cakes but this semi naked style like Grace and Nick's wedding cake is one of my favourite naked cake styles. 17.01.2022 Details... It's the smallest details of a cake that can create the biggest effects. I love creating raw textured buttercream cakes that have all these gorgeous imperfections. I also love this stencil from cake legend Faye Cahill. It's one of my absolute favourites. ... I am a big fan as you can see of using stencils on cake's but I particularly love it when the stencil isn't perfect similar to these dried flowers. They are a perfect match together. There will be six mini cakes in my top selling flavours, with my top fillings and of course buttercreams. All my cakes are made from scratch using my recipes that I've created over year's of practice. I make all my caramel sauces and curds using the best and fresh ingredients I can get my hands on to ensure you receive the most delicious six mini cakes you have got your hands on. In case you missed the next dates they are 11/06/21 and 09/07/21 There is a limited number I can physically make so book in early to avoid disappointment.
