22.01.2022 Getting the squats done last night. It's slow progress with my squats. So far this year I have better depth, better coordination and control. Better, but not perfect yet Still so much work to do. . Thanks @dohertysgym for having us. It's amazing to have access to the space and equipment for strength training in the city. . 15.01.2022 My latest training article is up! There are many things I wish I knew right from the start of my weight training journey, and THIS is definitely one of them! Please give it a thumbs up, leave a comment or share it with a friend if you find it helpful.

08.01.2022 Hi Facebook, I wanted to share with you, today, the way that I have chosen to adapt to the rapidly evolving environment. While the COVID-19 pandemic has us re-defining the way we run our businesses, our social interactions & our daily routines, it is easy to feel a bit lost. Overwhelmed even, and wonder which direction we should be steering our lives. Especially if you are one of the many Australians who have had to close their shop doors, or are now out of work for the fores...eeable future. If I could share one little piece of hope today, it would be this; That in these uncertain times you DO have power. You still have the power to keep yourself and your loved ones safe from the risks of this virus. And you do have the power to use this time wisely and potentially change the trajectory of your future. Our perspective on the current world situation will determine whether we become stagnant and fearful, or whether we are RESILIENT & RESOURCEFUL, and able to bounce back quickly once the dust settles. Be conscious of your perspective and your choices. There is always opportunity for growth in adversity. While I am unable to continue working as normal, I have chosen to follow my creative nature and cultivate my skills in areas I LOVE, but haven't had the time to focus on. If you are interested in videography for the reopening of your business, please swing me a DM. Thank's Connor for being my model this week! Stay safe. Be kind. Look out for one another. And make the most of the time you have at home.

08.01.2022 Close Grip Bench Press This was from last week's volume-push-pull day. But I was really happy with this set, so I think its still OK to share now. Even if its old news. My mobility on the day always determines how good my training session will be. I do approx 35 minutes of mobility, activation & warming up work before EVERY single session. I never, ever skip my effective training protocols. And even still, some days I can achieve a good amount of thoracic extension and can f...eel most of my stabilizing muscles... and some days I just can't maintain tightness and coordination all at once. That's life. When my body gives me an inch, I stretch that little fv**er out to like, a foot and a half, and make the most I can from it. Who else believes I've got a 70kg bench in the bag this year?? Still D.R.E. (feat. Snoop Dogg)

03.01.2022 It's always blown my mind whenever I've heard someone recall events from any particular year without a moment's hesitation. How does anyone remember if it was a good/bad year for rainfall in 2005...? My memory has never worked that way... perhaps until now.... I've had quite a long silent spell from social media. I'm breaking my silence today just to say hello and I hope you're all making the most of life as we know it. 2020. This is certainly a year that I'll never forget.
