18.01.2022 This weekend I'm doing Serrano and jalapeño salsa ranchera for this you would need a strong corn chip .like Mission white tortilla chips And chicken tacos with this one I fill taco shell with meat and cheese, I then bake to melt, meat with the cheese, take out and dress with cabbage and tomato toped with my salsa ranchera.nice meal there.

05.01.2022 I did chicken in the slow cooker today, and undercooked it. It came out beautifull . I think I should do that with all my meats. As I said, just because the cooker is turned off, It's still cooking. This time I took the cooker bowl out the cooker and let it rest. You live and learn.
