22.01.2022 Happy Tuesday beautiful people Hope you’re having an amazing start to the week and winning your day! Whether that’s getting up earlier, getting your brekky in, doing meditation/yoga/mindfulness, going for a walk or getting your workout in - all things making you a step closer to a happier and healthier you! Thought it was about time I’d give an update on what’s been going on the past couple of weeks ... BIG NEWS FOR MY BUSINESS.... I am now PTing out of a private gym, which means you do not have to be a member of any gym to be able to train with me!! I am extremely limited with numbers and I’m 90% booked out but if you are interested in training with me, please get in contact So crazy to think of how far I have come with my business in 9 months... started off with no clients to now being so close to fully booked out So I’ve been working my absolute butt off on my business, I started my 6 week challenge which sold out within 3 days which is crazy for me!! So grateful for everyone in the challenge and we are now in week 2 of 6 and the results so far are amazing! Cannot wait to show you everyone’s final results I also launched my very own shirts, hoodies and gym towels which all turned out better than I could have asked for!!! I will post a seperate post about these but if you are interested and if you would like to support me and my business you can purchase any one of those items! They are the best quality as I made sure of it! I have also been running my bootcamps every day, which have been so busy there is definitely more room and the bootcamps are welcome to anyone, of any fitness level! If you are interested please let me know - I can guarantee you won’t regret a session I am also back at uni doing my studies in order to be a qualified physio, so that’s been keeping me and my brain very busy And if you haven’t seen already I got a puppy who has been keeping me on my toes that’s for sure Hope you guys have an incredible day and an incredible week! 20.01.2022 Throwback to the other weekend taking some of the guys from the 6 week challenge rock climbing (missing a few in the pic) ...this was so much fun! the group of challengers seriously inspire me SO much!

09.01.2022 As you would have seen, our challenge group went and completed (nearly all) of the Tree Top Challenge in Woombye 10/10 recommend going and trying it out so challenging but SO much fun!! Getting out of your comfort zone and pushing yourself can really be fun sometimes you just gotta trust in yourself and don’t let fear or doubt stop you from achieving greatness @ Tree Top Challenge
