19.01.2022 Hey folks, So sadly I’m not running any Strong nation classes this week cause I’m just really busy! I’ve taken on two physical challenges this month for something different and it’s taking up a lot of my time! However, there is still an opportunity for you to participate in an event this week! On Wednesday night, I’m going to run a Just Dance event on zoom and it’s going to be so much fun! This is because I am doing the #danceforsickkids challenge and dancing for two hours every day this week. And I would love some dance buddies! Let me know down below if you want to come along

16.01.2022 Important info for this week- Classes are: Monday 10am Wednesday 9am Friday 5pm... And... If you invite a friend and they come along to the class then you can do it for free! Everyone loves free stuff, so why not a free workout!

15.01.2022 So another great way to exercise is by playing sport- but during this time that’s hard. But your skills don’t have to stop developing! Find a way to keep practicing, and have fun exercising!

08.01.2022 Ok! Real talk. Having motivation is hard during this shutdown. So here are some quick tips: - get dressed in the morning - schedule your week - have a to do list everyday with no more then five things on it and make sure you include a self care activity - do something that gives you joy (for me that’s dancing) ... - go outside: even if it’s just to sit in the sun for 10 minutes - get moving and get that blood pumping! It makes you feel like you achieved something. Good luck!

In 45 minutes I can give you a full body workout leaving you sweating so much you will definitely be sore the next day, but also stronger

07.01.2022 Was doing some yoga this morning and managed to get in some arm balance practice- not as easy as it looks! I would love to be able to do arm balances really well some day, but these things don’t just happen overnight! Good things are worth the wait. Happy isolating!

These classes are so worth it, and I’m only charging $5 per class!!! It’s an easy way to exercise because I do all the work for you, you just have to turn up! See you there!

03.01.2022 Time for some water tips! If you struggle to drink water, here are some things you can change: - own a clear water bottle, that way you can see your progress - have set times you need to drink a certain amount of water by (so one bottle before 12pm, another before 4pm, etc) - this one is simple but take a drink bottle with you everywhere! - and lastly, try giving up other drinks for a while, that’ll make you drink more water for sure!... The benefits of drinking water are just amazing, it’ll help you eat less, flush out your system, protect against dehydration and sunburn and ultimately just make you feel better! Try drinking 2 litres everyday, then tell me how you feel!
