23.01.2022 Phoenix.... He has brought overwhelming GRATITUDE into my life. He is an incredible being who continues to dig deep, to overcome, to grow and to evolve. Sometimes I feel like I ask so much of him... too much? ... But there he is.... always trying, WILLING to connect. WANTING to move past where he was and into a place of LOVE. He has moments of anxiety. I See them written on his face, I read them in his body language.... but I FEEL THEM IN HIS HEART. He seeks reassurance and finds it when he and I are close. I feel his heart beat come back to normal and see the worried look leave his eyes. Tonight for the first time I invited him to share space in one of my Sacred Women's (and children!) Circles. He shared his heart space so beautifully with the group of Women and Kids. And when they overcame their fears and leaned in to be close with him I saw magic happen. He relaxed right into it, they relaxed into him and for just a moment all was still. We lived in the NOW, in our personal power, holding a vibration of LOVE as we birthed some incredible NEW MOON intentions. I don't know that there are words to describe the depths of honour and blessing I feel right now. 22.01.2022 There's no where else that easily brings me into the NOW. My time with the horses has me completely living in the moment. Their mere presence shifts things and fills the world with a magical energy. ... They KNOW when their HEARTSPACE is needed by us and if they are given the space to do so will help us to overcome that situation or those feelings ailing us. When these horses here CHOOSE to be involved it truly is a special moment. This beautiful boy Maui has been particularly honed in on my feelings of late and has offered me extra long moments sharing space. 21.01.2022 I had a really interesting afternoon with the herd. #Phoenix has been sticking close by all day (photo taken early this morning, before breakfast and rugs came off) I shared some scratches and pats with little Ella (you'll all get to meet her soon I promise!) She is lead mare, super bossy and yet when I connected with her this afternoon she was so soft and sweet. She rested her head against mine and breathed really deeply into my chest. I feel very honoured to have connecte...d with her on such a deep level (words just can't describe it!) Then we called the big herd down and it was breathtaking watching them all come galloping down the hill #Dusty really put on a show with some kicking, bucking and head tossing #Puzzie galloped through a mud patch and ended up two toned #Maui looked so excited to see us I didnt think he was going to stop And the others were all equally as funny in their own unique ways. And then #Jack came over to the fence for a pat and it was as if seeing him for the first time. His copper coat was really glowing and his eyes were super relaxed yet his body was tense. Poor ole man has suspected arthritis and we believe has been masking the pain. It's been getting a bit too much for him lately. I asked him if he would like some Reiki and he locked eyes with me so I decided to send him some to see what his reaction would be. His body began to relax and he lulled off into a gentle sleep, mildly disrupted by the antics of the horses around him. So, it is now my aim to send him some Reiki every night and tomorrow (with more daylight!) I'll be bringing him in for a full hands on session. And to top it off, I turned around to head back to the house paddock and here is Phoenix waiting, looking. He KNEW I was sending Jack Reiki and somehow he wants to be involved. I had a thought flash through of him standing with us as he often does when I treat humans (thats right, my table gets set up in the paddock so he can come and go as he pleases!) 19.01.2022 Been saying this for years.... and I love that when a horse isnt 100% (either mentally, physically kr emotionally) I can give them some Reiki to help. It's almost like they seek it.... people and horses come across me as if the horse had asked for it to happen. I've met clients in the most random ways and I absolutely love how the Universe puts them on my journey

16.01.2022 In order to be the best I can for my clients (both 2 and 4 legged!) I first need to take care of me. Today is all about Self Love here.... putting in some time this morning caring for my body. Loving the fitness coming with exercising every day, loving how the cms are flying off but loving the feel good effects so much! If anything my mindset is 1000% stronger since I committed to myself. 13.01.2022 I wrote a novel, instagram tapped out at max words so I am saving it..... for a real novel! Short and sweet this is what I wanted to say.... To my dear friend who showed me that life is too short, say YES now while you still can. I am forever grateful for our random chats and you always checking up on me. I felt safe knowing you cared. RIP beautiful Soul ... It is always through our darkest times that the light shines brightest. I am so very honoured and grateful to be able to say..... Phoenix IS NOW MINE The lovely lady who owned him came over yesterday and with great courage putting his needs before her own, gave him to me. I am full of admiration for a Woman who through all the crap can still see the good in life. He's had my heart since I met him and it feels so damn good knowing we get to see our days out together.... however long that may be Welcome home buddy.... for good

05.01.2022 Drumming on a full moon is awesome.... riding at liberty is also awesome... combine the two and it makes for the most magical evening of my life... and I've had some pretty magical experiences! Old pics as of course I didnt have my phone on me tonight

01.01.2022 Phoenix asked me to stop writing my love story and come play... so play we did Reiki session, followed by medicine drumming, gentle Andara work and a decent scratching session. When he told me he would like to finish I looked around and realised there was still plenty of daylight left.... so off to the big paddock I went with drum and Elder Andara in hand. Blakey wanted to play with the drum but his human fear got the better of him (he is a brumby!) And so River decided h...e wanted to play..... we actually danced! I took a step and he followed.... everywhere the drum went he wanted to be! We twirled in circles and stepped with each other.... at Liberty, in a 13 acre paddock he moved with me so beautifully and so willingly that I was moved to tears! Not bad for his first experience with the drum! I thanked him with lots of pats and some Reiki. He wandered off very relaxed to rejoin the herd.
