23.01.2022 I get asked a lot about what kind of exercise people should or shouldn't do and to be honest, the only answer I have for you is to do what feels good for your body. One thing I will say though is that no matter what exercise you are doing, yoga is always going to be something I believe will be beneficial to pretty much anyone. Especially if you are someone who is lifting weights in a gym or doing crossfit. Yoga will help to keep your foundation strong and help you to move well in and out of the gym. Check my recent blog post for why both practices have been beneficial in my life. I talk specifically about crossfit here because thats what I am balancing at the moment but it can relate to anything you are doing.

Kids yoga will take place for the first 30mins and then the parents can jump in for the last half. Kids aged between 6-10years old.... Bring a yoga mat or towel down as well as a bottle of water and some sunscreen. We will be in the shade as well.
