They can lift, run, jump, mobile and agile at the same time. It's a perfect fit as the leopard is a mix of the cheetah, lion and tiger combined, to me personally anyways.

Smashing previous records and setting new ones. Just like our winner Carmen puts in 4 sessions a week and pushes 110% each and every class. He's got faster, stronger and leaner! The well oiled endurance machine ... The kids area is closed until next week as I have cleaned the area thoroughly with anti bacterial spray and wipes, however to be sure no kids will be allowed in the gym until next week. 15.01.2022 Back Workout Week: Design to target lats and mid back (rhomboids and mid trap). Anything with reverse (chin up) grip in a row motion will target more lats, anything overgrasp will target mid back. Have a play and give it a go, choose weight wisely. How do you know if your are choosing the right weight, if your getting close to the end of your set the last couple reps should feel like hell ... **However FORM & TECHNIQUE over WEIGHT** Pics got the workout, BEASTMODE ACTIVATED!

14.01.2022 ****JF - 10 Weeks Challenge 3rd Place Winner**** Well done to Mik Aela Gaskell for smashing the challenge. Her hard work and dedication has generated fantastic results this challenge, attending at least 4 sessions a week and often before classes she smashes the accessory work. I get to see this hard work that she puts in and not often gets recognised. The results shows from body posture changes, to fat and weight loss. Getting lean and mean like a beast ... The losses: *97.75kg to 89.7kg (8% weight loss) *120cm to 116cm waist (3.3%) *119cm to 104.5cm waist (12%) *41cm to 38cm arms (7.3%) *72cm to 71cm legs (leaner and stronger) The gains: *Overall posture and body changes *Setting PB for 1km and 2.4km run *Benching 40kg *Great motivated mindset *doing push ups on toes Keep up with the extra effort mate, a wonderful job! The running had been amazing and more to come . More goals to achieve for summer mate and it's on like DK!

Every member of JETFIT regardless of gym or group fitness, please think of 1 goal for both strength and cardio for a short, medium and long term goal (3,6 and 12 month). Once again I will do my best to try and get you to achieve those goals. We will be placing these goals on the board The destination is a bonus, it's the journey to get there really matters you have to enjoy it ... Just like running up a mountain, the final view will be amazing, what's even better is going through all the obstacles that will be in the way to get there. Remember those views going up the mountain is also just as good, and you can relate to meeting your short term goals to eventually smash the long term ones. BRING IT ON!

09.01.2022 ****JF - 10 WEEK CHALLENGE WINNER**** Our 10 week challenge winner goes to Peter Krstic What he has accomplished this 10 weeks has been nothing but outstanding. Making it to at least 4 sessions a week, consistent with diet and constantly seeking advice to improve and be better than what he was yesterday is amazing to see. ... The achievement speaks for itself not just with pics, but the lifestyle that he is leading is only going to better him and his family in the long run. The losses: -111.3kg drop to 95.4kg (14.3% weight loss) -hips 117cm down to 105cm (10.25% loss) -waist 115cm down to 101cm (12.1% loss) -arms 39cm/39.5 down to 37cm (5 / 6.3% loss) -Thighs 70cm down to 61.5cm (12.14% loss) The gains: -leaner muscle frame - 2.4km completion - from suspension rows to doing a couple chin ups - strength, cardio and functional improvements Keep up the awesome effort and hard work "BIG PETE", plenty of more work and goals to smash for this summer coming P.S: it was an extremely close battle between the first and second winner to be announced tomorrow
