23.01.2022 Getting a bit of snow here in Munchen at present, and my brother is leading me astray going sledging.

21.01.2022 I continue to support all of my product portfolio, and spend a significant time emailing and 'phoning customers regarding, not only Jeti products, but all others, under my umbrella. I support customers in the USA and elsewhere. I continue to supply the customer support base that is barely supported elsewhere. This should not be my remit, but because I am a consumate modeller I continue to maintain my support.

21.01.2022 The sad reality is that although I am thoroughly pissed off, I will continue to support customers, because I love my hobby. I spend hours every day emailing guys who are not even my customers! I am a model flyer, and I expect to support my colleagues irrespective of who is failinf to support them.

21.01.2022 I wanted to just make public, a concern I had about Jeti Model Distribution in Australia. I am copying an email to the marketing manager at Jeti Model, outlining my concerns. I had been promised a short term re-assessment of this new marketing strategy, which doesn't appear to have taken place. We are now nearly 1.1/2 years after change. Dear Jakub, I am emailing you calmly, and without undue stress. I have been working with the new strategy that you have implemented over a y...ear ago, regarding marketing and distribution in Australia, since August 2017. Firstly, where OMP have promised regular stocks of Jeti products, it has proven very hit and miss as to whether stock is available. Furthermore, when stock is available, the Wholesaler/Distributor conundrum exists. When stock is available, only Modelflight have stocks (OMP sister company). I have continually, and particularly recently, had to answer customer complaints that stocks are not available in Australia. I have lost significant sales as a result of OMP lack of stocks. In one particular case, a customer has been wanting a DC-24 for over a year, and has been unable to buy from Modelflight. They have been told ‘Next month’ for about a year. As I told you when you proposed this new strategy, the local market is no fan of OMP, local business have avidly campaigned against them. I understand that you have little local understanding of our market, but tried to warn you. Significantly, I have customers who are unable to order radios, DC-24 and DS-24, as OMP have no stock, and are continually offering deferring excuses. This is not how I have worked in Australia. I cannot support Jeti Model products on this basis. OMP with regard to Jeti are UNTRUSTWORTHY in terms of SUPPLY, have a conflict with their Spektrum and Multiplex / Hitec interests. OMP specifically have muscled in to acquire brand distributorships, and have then systematically throttled all other distributors. I cannot satisfy my customers here in Australia on this basis. I worked long and hard to make Jeti a success in Australia, and all of this is GOING TO SHIT. I have significant support still in Australia, as I support local modellers, but do not have the funds to retain significant stock. However, the current situation is intolerable. If you truely intend to support Jeti Model products in Australia, you need to address this quickly. Regards, Andy Hawes www.jetiaustralia.com See more

17.01.2022 As an individual, I don't have any presence in reality to make any difference. But, as a solo player, and as especially as a player being told I cannot do what I want to do for RC modellers, I am bloody minded and will do my utmost to resolve.

17.01.2022 As a public post, I needed to say that the current Jeti marketing strategy in Australia is total bullshit in my humble opinion! I support Jeti products to the hilt, not only here in Australia, but around the world, but question why I am doing this given this local strategy !!!!!!!

11.01.2022 StickMover is expanding and branching out: https://www.facebook.com/284258565115153/photos/

11.01.2022 RCPro will soon make a presence in Australia. I would like to apologise for some interruption of normal Jeti Australia website presence, this may still take a few days to resolve. RCPro will have some interesting new product lines in Australia soon. Watch this space!

09.01.2022 Yes those original posts probably didn’t make much sense, before. Here are some photos of the original mechanical mixing control system, albeit converted to flybarless.

Vastly improved software and functionality - https://www.avirem.de/en/support/ The simulator software that this amazing tool functions with has been expanded and will only get better. The new Controller will be available soon, but the new firmware is already available for pre-purchase.

02.01.2022 I apologise to all my customers for my absence recently. I had a death in my family, and had to spend time in Germany at short notice. I will be back in Australia from Monday, 14th January. In the mean time R2Buffer Pack’s have arrived back in stock, although I obviously have not yet had an opportunity to log them in the system. Thank you for your patience and well wishes.

01.01.2022 If you have any difficulty in getting through, please leave me an message on0415556199. I will get back to you as soon as I can. Andy
