Breakfast, lunch and dinner are frequently eaten out of a box or a bag. Large quantities of processed, nutrient deficient, food like substances that are chock full of chemicals, preservatives, food dyes, unhealthy fats, sugars and sodium.... We have become a nation of large portions, and while we are overfed, we are malnourished and barely meeting our basic nutritional needs. As much as possible always introduce fresh produce into each meal and your body will love you for it. I’ve started my own veggie garden and am enjoying the connection with growing my own food and eating nutritious food that nurtures my body.
