21.01.2022 Tropic like it’s hot Our friends at @Bodyscience have got just the recipe to keep you cool this summer - the Tropical Shred Ice block It’s super simple! Ingredients include: 2 cups almond milk 1 serve SHRED ULTRA TROPICANA 1 cup frozen mango ... 1 cup frozen pineapple 1 frozen banana Simply blend all ingredients together. Shake well and pour into Icy pole mould Place in the stick. Set in freezer for 5 hours or overnight. Enjoy! Close your eyes and taste the tropics. #BScshred
