20.01.2022 Technique Tuesday. J Series sneak peak. Exercise: Alternate arm KB clean. Muscles used: combination of lower and upper body, including quads, hammies, glutes, core, deltoids. Engage core and with feet shoulder width apart, place KB between feet. Squat down slightly to pick up KB single-handed and jerk in an upwards, fluid motion to end with KB resting on outer arm. Use the momentum from the squat position to return to standing tall. Return KB to floor and repeat alternating arms for 1 min.
