24.01.2022 Fantastic work by member Kristy and her super stretchy arms taking out the monthly challenge for November! November's challenge was a shoulder mobility test. Kristy smashed it out of the park by lifting the stick a whopping 67cm off the floor! She's scored a tub of BCAA train & recovery and 1 month of access to Saturday morning stretch class. Tiff's handstand class has become so popular among our members that Tiff will now be opening an additional session during the week! We're opening expressions of interest in either a Tuesday or Wednesday evening session. ... Classes are $15 per sesh and bookings are essential! 14.01.2022 Rapid Bioscan will be back in club this week! Want to find out what your body is made up of? Scans will be available from Thursday 24th to Saturday 26th September during staff hours. $25 for members. Included for our 8 week challengers

13.01.2022 As per the recent QLD Government update, all members are required to wear a mask when entering the gym and only remove it if engaging in strenuous physical activity (For example cardio & J Series). This directive is in place until 1 am, 22 January. Thanks for all your support as we work together to keep everyone safe. See you in the gym!

11.01.2022 Tis the season As we've done for years past we will be collecting toy donations for the Salvation army to help out children in need. We know that this year has been especially hard for all of us! If you'd like to donate please place your toys (both new or pre loved) under our Christmas tree located beside the vending machine. All donations need to be in by Saturday the 5th December so that the salvos can deliver them in time for Christmas.

We will be reopening and your 24/7 access will recommence from 6.00pm tonight, Monday 11 January We’re super excited to announce that the Queensland Government has eased restrictions and confirmed that it is now safe to reopen! 06.01.2022 Attention members and guests. We regret to inform you that there will be no J Series classes on Monday the 16th and Saturday the 21st November due to coach availability. You're not alone In terms of what makes a good breakfast, it can be a little overwhelming when there's so much information out there! What nutritionists the world over have agreed on though, is that foods which are digested slower are a great choice Next time you're contemplating what to have for breakfast try picking something from the list below & see how... you feel. 01.01.2022 Shout out to our member of the month for September Liam wasted no time in getting back into his training after lock down and has proven that with dedication and determination nothing can get in your way! Here's a little bit about his fitness journey with us here at Jetts Taigum. ... I've Been training for about two and a half years now stated my journey at around 70 kgs now at 89 kgs. Originally just started out for some fun and extra fitness but realised I was getting somewhere and found it a passion. When covid hit it was pretty hard to find motivation but didn’t want to lose the gains or the physique so just did a lot of cardio to stay in shape and did some few home workouts. Definitely made things easier when the gyms reopen and guess that’s where my motivation increased and got back on the grind to continue to grow and smash pbs. Just recently benched 82.5 kgs for one rep and pumped out 150 kgs for 1 rep with my dead lift.
