16.01.2022 Lets face it, we all enjoytreats every now and again, so why not make healthy treats that you can have ALL the time? You don't need to feel guilty about eating these protein bites. Perfect for that afternoon slumpat the office or chow down on a couple post workout, even afterdinner! You can make them your own depending on what you add so flavour to your tastebuds! Ingredients... 120g rolled/quick oats - depends on the consistencyyou prefer (I like quick oats personally) 2-3 scoops (about 50g) Protein powder 50g add ins (chopped up dried fruit, chocolate chips, chopped seeds/nuts) 120g nut butter (peanut, almond, cashew, nutella!) 2tbs maple syrup or other liquid sweetener (you can dissolvenatvia in water to your tasting if watching calories) 3 tbs milk (less or more depending on the stickinessof the mixture) Method 1. Mix all dry ingredients together 2. Add nut butter and sweetener/syrup 3. Slowly add the milk ensuring you will be able to roll the mixture into balls and ensure mixture is combined 4. The QLD Government updates are in and while we have been given the green light we are required to reopen during staffed hours only, which means that from 5am tomorrow we will be open: Monday: 5am - 9pm Tuesday: 5am - 9pm Wednesday: 5am - 9pm... Thursday: 5am - 9pm Friday: 5am - 9pm Saturday: 6am - 4pm Sunday: 6am - 4pm We are able to have up to 20 people in the gym, we do have the opportunity to use our App for bookings if we need to manage this more closely, however based on our visitation data we don't deem this necessary at this stage. These initial reopening steps are essential to ensure that we are meeting the Government’s requirements and we’ll email our members further information shortly.
