21.01.2022 Tropic like it’s hot Our friends at @Bodyscience have got just the recipe to keep you cool this summer - the Tropical Shred Ice block It’s super simple! Ingredients include: 2 cups almond milk 1 serve SHRED ULTRA TROPICANA 1 cup frozen mango ... 1 cup frozen pineapple 1 frozen banana Simply blend all ingredients together. Shake well and pour into Icy pole mould Place in the stick. Set in freezer for 5 hours or overnight. Enjoy! Close your eyes and taste the tropics. #BScshred

12.01.2022 To support the Queensland Government's restriction changes all Jetts gyms in the Brisbane, Ipswich, Moreton Bay, Logan and Redlands areas will be closed from 5.30pm Friday to 6.00pm Monday 11 January. To support your fitness journey over the weekend we will be hosting live stream workouts and we have a host of on demand training sessions and health and fitness resources available at Jetts at Home! Please check your email and club posts for the details We will continue to update members as information comes to hand on changes to restrictions. Thank you for your understanding and continued support .

The QLD Government updates are in and while we have been given the green light we are required to reopen during staffed hours only, which means that from 6am tomorrow we will be open: Monday: 5.30am-2pm 3pm-8.30pm... Tuesday: 5.30am-2pm 3pm-8.30pm Wednesday: 5.30am-2pm 3pm-8.30pm Thursday: 5.30am-2pm 3pm-8.30pm Friday: 6am- 1pm Saturday: 7am-1pm Sunday: CLOSED *These hours can be subject to change and will be updated through our social channels and internal signage. We are able to have up to 20 people in the gym and having reviewed our visitation data we are confident that we rarely have this many members in the gym at any one time. We do have the opportunity to use our App for bookings if we need to manage this more closely, however based on our visitation data we don't deem this is necessary. J SERIES will be back on once we’ve got the band back together (details to come). These initial reopening steps are essential to ensure that we are meeting the Government’s requirements and we’ll email our members further information shortly.
