Word of warning: keep a bucket nearby...... Introducing Lucy 25 Devil’s Press - as fast as possible: Male; 2 x 15kg Dumbbell Female; 2 x 10kg Dumbbell Chest must make contact with the floor. DB must move to a fully locked out position over head (wrist, elbow and shoulder stacked).
