24.01.2022 Work it Wednesday with Belinda Raspberry Chai Seed Puddings. This is a family favourite that my kids adore. Super quick and easy to make. Nutritious and super YUMMY... 1 cup Raspberry Crush 1/3 cup chia seeds 1 cup of milk of choice 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 1-2 table spoons od honey or maple syrup Method In a 16 ounce mason jar, combine Raspberry Crush and Chia seeds. Stir well to combine, breaking up any clumps of Chia seeds. Pour in milk and stir well. Add vanilla and honey or maple syrup. Seal jar tightly and shake vigorous for 1 minute. Something thats enjoyable or relaxing? * You could say: "When I was going through a difficult time, I tried this... Bicep strength Bicep development Grip strength Do’s Legs slightly closer than shoulder width apart Keep head & chest upright, allowing your back to stay straight and stomach tight Pull band until hands are level with chest Elbows remain stationary on the side Don’t Use your back to pull the band up Move elbows to help lift band Tilt neck back/forward, which then moves spine backwards/forwards Tips Progress your exercise by creating more of a resistance.
