23.01.2022 @jettsaustralia Challenge of the month! APRIL; Raise the Dead 20 repetitions of a trap bar deadlift. Score = max weight used.... Hips and knees must be fully extended at lock out. Both plates must make contact with the floor at the bottom. Bar must be in constant motion, no resting at lock out or on the floor. Score to Beat; 1.5 x bodyweight I want to see some big numbers on this one! Always prioritise good position, particularly on high volume deads. If you feel your back take over the lift, stop the set. 17.01.2022 Hey Jetts Fam, with the easing of restrictions as of midnight. We have been able to increase our maximum capacity (still bound by 1 person per 4sqm and social distancing rules). This means that there will no longer be any waiting during the busy times and you can train straight away As directed by the VIC Government, we still require a COVID Marshal during the hours of operation so we are not able to operate at 24/7 just yet. ... The government has explained that this restriction is to be reviewed in 2 weeks or sooner and will keep you all updated as we find out, fingers crossed we can go 24/7 again ASAP We will be continuing our extended staffed hours as we have been doing since reopening. It’s been a tough time but we just wanted to thank you all so much for your understanding and your patience!

10.01.2022 3 THINGS I learnt from doing Jetts Live every day for a week THERE is always a little more in the TANK I realised the point that I WANT to stop is about five reps before I NEED to stop Having an awesome coach like @feonan to help you push for those last few reps makes a huge difference! ... IT gets easier (and harder!) Since the Jetts Live sessions are scaleable, they are as hard as you need them to be. At the beginning of the week, I needed to rest in the middle of most sets, but by the end I was pushing to keep on going until the buzzer THIS stuff is ADDICTIVE Not going to lie, the first couple days I dreaded the alarm going off - but by the end of the week I was ready to go five minutes early and READY for the torture ahead!
