25.01.2022 We all get headaches and tightness through our neck for some reason or another.... everyday stress, staring at a computer all day or even holding tension in the wrong place during a workout.... take a moment to give your neck some love... . * Drop your ear to your shoulder and GENTLY rest your hand on the opposite side of the head, no need to pull it down just gently hold in place . * flex the hand of your opposite arm pulling your fingers back then drop that shoulder down as... far as you can, thinking about trying to place a flat palm on the ground, this will get the nerves as well as the muscles through the neck . * hold for 10 seconds, relax the and hold for 10 seconds then repeat again another two times with the hand flexion and dropping the shoulder, gently release and bring your head back to center, moving slowly . * Next drop your nose down on a diagonal smell your armpit (best done BEFORE a workout ) and gently rest the same arm on the back of your head, just letting the weight of your arm stretch the neck, not actively pulling down, hold for 30 seconds, come out of the stretch slowly . * Remember all neck stretches to be performed slowly and gently, never force anything! .
