02.01.2022 You don’t want to scroll past this berry delicious Blue Raspberry Chia Pudding from our friends at @bodyscience Ingredients 1 cup unsweetened plain almond milk 1/4 cup chia seeds... 2 tbsp clean vegan salted caramel 1 serve SHRED ULTRA BLUE RASPBERRY 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 tbsp jam of choice 1/4 cup coconut yoghurt Handful of granola (optional) Fresh blueberries and mulberries (toppings) Combine chia seeds, protein, SHRED and almond milk in a bowl and set in the fridge. Remove from the fridge when chia seeds having formed a pudding like consistency and layer in a jar with coconut yoghurt, jam and top with fresh berries and granola .#BScshred
