14.01.2022 Classes are back next Monday! We are going to be running some FREE with membership HIIT classes! Starting off with: Monday - 5-5:30 pm Wednesday - 4:15-4:45 pm... Saturday - 9:30-10 am Ideal for fat loss, fitness and conditioning, these classes are suitable for all levels, but will push you hard! Not your typical, fatigue inducing 'HIIT' class, that just ends in you being sore, these classes will make you feel great without leaving you sore and fatigued. You have to book in for these classes, and can do this on the Jetts app. Non members $10 a class, first 2 classes free!
