10.01.2022 It’s time for us to bring you our #challengeofthemonth ....Thanks to PT Charmaine for this challenge idea... Run, Ride and Row Around WA 2021 is a new year, full of new opportunity.... For this month's challenge, we're drawing on our whole community to pitch in and do it together. We're asking all of you to help usRun, Ride and Row Around WA. It's simple; every time you're in the club write up your name, distance, and discipline on our chalkboard (we'll be checking too, so no cheating!!) Each day we'll tally it up against our total of14,769km around WA- (Reference: Geoscience Australia) Prizes up for grabs for the greatest overall distance for Male, Female, and one random little Aussie battler. 15,000kms in 30 days C’mon team, we've got this!!

09.01.2022 Member of the Month A new year, a new opportunity to give special recognition to some of our amazing members Our top bloke for December (other than Saint Nick of course) was without a doubt Mark.... Mark joined us back in August last year as the lucky winner of a free 12 month membership thanks to the legends over at @nova937 After a long layoff from the gym he's jumped straight back into things with us and hasn't missed a beat since He even kept it up over Christmas!! 05.01.2022 #techniquetuesday is upon us and Charmaine is showing us the basic glute bridge. Lay down flat on the floor with your back flat to the floor and feet hip width apart Squeeze up to the top, using the glutes, and hold at the top Roll the spine back down as you lower This is a great exercise to both strengthen and engage the glutes before heavier exercises!
