Mel always has a massive smile on her face (even during the early morning classes ) and gives every class her 100% effort with no complaints. We asked Mel what keeps her motivated to attend so many classes and what she enjoys about them. She says ... "I like that the workout is already planned and I can just arrive and start the workout without thinking. Each workout is different so I never get bored with the same exercises or classes. I also enjoy going at my own pace and remembering I'm my own competition and there is no pressure to be where your were or where you think you 'should' be. You can just stop or start wherever your comfortable with. I also enjoy the group aspect of J Series, as you share the same experience and it makes you go harder then if you were working out alone. One of my focuses is to workout and not get injured so I also like that Personal trainers instruct the class and ensure proper technique is being used to prevent injuries."
