08.01.2022 Tom’s massive 12-month transformation is why we do what we do! Tom used to weigh 150kg and had a hard time with the excess body weight while playing soccer, until one day he decided to have a sit down in the gym and figure out what he could do for his physical and mental health. Tom joined @jettsjseries and committed to a minimum of 3 sessions per week along with a weight training program.... Working together over the past 12 months, Tom made a commitment to exercising regularly at Jetts Bassendean and Jetts Dianella while at the same time battling his diet. It was the little changes over time that have lead to him now weighing in under 90kgs, down 62kg+! He’s back playing and (most importantly) enjoying soccer like he should and living his best life, the true definition of a success story on all levels. We are so proud of what Tom has achieved through his own hard work and perseverance help us give this legend a round of applause! #Jetts #WeightlossTransformation

Poor Jen and Mark couldn't make it to our team Christmas party but Gaby, Alex, James, Brian and I did our best to represent Team Lutwyche in archery! Safe to say Brian is your man in a zombie apocalypse!! Thank you to these incredible humans who make fitness fun and motivating and make our club such a special place to be - even in 2020!!
