24.01.2022 Another superstar effort from member @louiseyb87 who continues to smash her 2020 goals! Under the guidance of Personal Trainer and J Series coach Kellie, Louise has now lost a total of 12kgs and a whopping 52cms off her girth measurements! What an achievement! 10.01.2022 The date on the photo on the left signifies the date I started... I changed my aerobic workout to more HIIT sessions. The end result has been I do less exercise and am getting more weight loss. I lost the weight in under a year and have kept it off even through many holidays, Christmas and birthdays, where I put some back on. Once I lost the weight, I had you develop the weights program to give me some body tone. ... I didn’t achieve this by my effort alone. I was supported by my wife, friends and family. You were also a great help with the support at the gym, adjusting my program and encouragement. Thanks for all your help Congrats to member Ralph on all his hard work and continued efforts!
