It was the day prior to the opening of the Sydney Olympics and kicked off two great weeks of brilliant sporting performances, and our city brimming with excitement, exuberance, togetherness and kindness, the Harbour Bridge lit with the Olympic Rings. Box squatting is arguably one of the best movements for your body and a movement we use almost every day sitting up and out of our chair, toilet or under a barbell and its something we need to practice. Not only does box squatting carry over into a lot of other movements in your workout, but it also helps with muscle growth in your lower body and nervous system development. ... In short, having a box under your squat means you cant rely on momentum to lift or lower your squat. This means you have to generate a lot of power and all of a sudden. This is good news for your muscles and nervous system and one of just one of many reasons why box squatting is so highly recommended. #jetts #jettslife #jettsfitness

Choc Peanut Butter Protein Balls 4 tbsp peanut butter 2 tbsp honey... 1 tsp vanilla extract Pinch of salt 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder 2 tbsp cacao or cocoa Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl. 12.01.2022 Inspired members inspire members @rbekahh_ Here are some easy to make healthy snack ideas, great to fuel your session 10 Medjool dates... 1 scoopvanilla protein powder @strikenutrition (white wolf vegan one used in this recipe) cup cashew butter (or any nut butter you have) cup unsweetened shredded coconut 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon 2 tablespoons vanilla extract Coarsely cut up the dates and add them to the food processor with the remaining ingredients. Process until it all holds together, about 1 minute. Roll into balls and then roll into the optional coating if desired Prep time:15 minutes
