Rest assured that your health and safety is our top priority and we have everything in place to ensure we’re maintaining a safe environment for all of our members and team. Some of these measures include: Ensuring 1.5m social distancing is maintained Open during staffed hours only with a COVIDsafe Hygiene Marshal in the gym at all times... 04.01.2022 Being at home during iso means that many of us probably arent getting as much incidental activity into our day - such as walking to the bus stop, going up the stairs at work, or general travel around. Heres a quick little workout to break up your day and make sure that we get small bits of activity in every few hours. Make sure to take a break from the desk (or the couch ) and move your body periodically! Squats... Glute Bridges Lunges w/ side stretch Supermans Dead Bug 30 seconds each exercise continuously - 30 sec rest - repeat 3 times This is designed to wake up the muscles that are minimally used when we are sitting!
