16.01.2022 Fresh off the canning line - The Refreshingly tart Blueberry Sour Beer balances, sour, sweet and salty. Blake brewed this bad boy to imitate the traditional beers of Goslar, Germany, which were sour due to lactobacillus inoculation (righto) and salty from the high salinity of the Goslar river brewing water. For lack of access to the Goslar river, Blake recreated this brew with more modern kettle souring techniques and added fresh sea salt for a mineral character reminiscen...t of the good old days. Not satisfied with just that, he also pumped 400kg of fresh blueberry into the fray. If all of that went way over your head, then just believe us when we say it's bloody delicious, thirst-quenching satisfaction.
