25.01.2022 Update target reached yay Hi everyone sorry for all the charity posts but this is a family from my sons school . He was diagnosed at the start of covid . This is his last option . Hate this dr is charging so much but he is the only one that can do this procedure . If your are in a position to donate at all even a few $ it can all help thanks Mel xx

22.01.2022 As some of you may know Im in to animal rescue and have just taken a horse through this rescue organisation ( mid covid crisis not a sports car a horse ) this is the rescue that saved her from the slaughterhouse as she is an ex racehorse . 10.01.2022 Happy melb cup day . As some of you know I have started horse riding again , and that I have done quite a bit of fostering kittens for rescues . So it was only fitting that when I wanted a horse of my own I got a rescue . This is Bee and ex racehorse racing name bee wanted . She is only 6 and has the same granddad as makybe diva, 3 time melb cup winner . Unfortunately she didn’t run quite as fast as her cousin and was destined to end up on a plate in Japan or as dog meat . L...uckily the man who bred her surrendered her to cindys promise rescue who re trained her and finally she got rehomed to me . Without these types of rescues many more ex racehorses end up at a knackery . These rescues rely purely on fundraising they get no funding .
