Feeling stressed allow yourself sometime to become present breathe and bring yourself back to the present moment. Stop and look around. Stop and use your senses. This is so calming. When we allow ourselves time to be present over a period of a whole day being creative and mindful and using all of our beautiful senses we can hear, smell... and see better it allows us to clear the fog and see where we are heading.
