24.01.2022 Sculpted into the site and streetscape sits this spacious family home, split across 4 levels, built on a challenging steep sloping 240m site, that required innovative design and construction to also satisfy Council Character Retention Guidelines. Framed construction maximised the build area and covered the requirement for weatherboard cladding beautifully. The character flows throughout with high ceilings and traditional fit-out. City views achieved from a well positioned balcony and the second living area.

19.01.2022 6.5m wide design with spacious rooms thorughout including 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, main living area opening onto an alfresco with integrated pool & kitchenette, plus 2nd Living to upper floor. Shadowed to the north yet great solar passive design achieved through extensive use of highlight & skylight windows. Beautifully finished & constructed by Bruce Construction
