25.01.2022 This commissioned drawing proudly hangs in Scone, NSW. Depicting a young soldier in uniform, not satisfied with this achievement, he joind the Police Force after the war rising from constable to 3rd in command. 3 of 4 sons also became policemen. So with this family history, I insisted this had to be included. When the presentation day arrived, all extended family members gathered to enjoy a meal while celebrating the families history.

25.01.2022 It was just a little village way out in the countryside of France. This little village would however, in time, become part of Australia's war history. 10pm on the 24th April 1918, Australian troops attacked the German Army occupying Villers Bretonneux at night. This attack would become the driving force to help end the 2nd World War. Knowing this, the drawing had to have the '100' as a feature. This moment will take place in November 2018.

17.01.2022 Its a peaceful part of the world now. With the sound of gentle waves rolling along the sands of history on a warm sunny day, helped create what you see here. This part of the world is now filled with sand stone memorials, situated where some of the worlds worst battles known to man took place.... I often think of that warm quiet and sunny day in 2011 and yearn to return once more.
