17.01.2022 Thoroughly enjoying this Semester in my Cert 3 in Horticulture. This time learning how to NOT grow with dirt! I feel so blessed to be back on campus and share my days with amazing people and our fab lecturers.

15.01.2022 What a gift to wake up to a cacti flower! Working hard on preparing for what I refer to as AdeHades. Mulch mulch mulch! Condensed (intense?) module on soils starts at school today. Look forward to next 4 weeks of it. If you've been thinking about studying Horticulture all I can say is....DO! I have been having a ball and learning so much. ... If you need a hand around your property, get in touch for rates and availability. I promise to do much better at updating this page with tips and tricks I am learning. Have a brilliant day all!

11.01.2022 My avocado has some lovely new growth but is still such a baby tree. I can only hope to work out ways to boost it skyward in the coming months... Happy Spring everybunny!

08.01.2022 If you want a prolific crop for next year... try Broad Beans. I've harvested a *small* amount this morning as they're cropping like mad at different stages. Easy to dry out and save some beans as seed for the next season. 3 or 4 metre of broad beans and I'll be harvesting, sharing and eating these babies for weeks to come :) Waiting patiently for the ground to warm up. If you need help preparing your beds for planting get in touch. I have two weeks off of dirt school and some... free days in between bookings. Happy Sunday everyone. X

08.01.2022 Learning this Semester about growing vegetables and ornamentals without dirt at all! Coconut coir has amazing water holding capacity and our apple cucumbers are coming on strong! Hope your garden is coming along nicely this Spring <3
