25.01.2022 Love love love!!! I want to take a minute to acknowledge Bev @bevskia Check us out!!! I absolutely love training Bev, at the ripe age of 63, she trains at least 5 times a week and I’ve never heard any complaints or excuses... maybe a little bit frustration when she doesn’t get her combo right which may I add, is rare! I’m so lucky as a trainer to be able to connect with some pretty inspirational people just like Bev. Where do I see myself at 63? Aiming to be just like you, @bevskia

24.01.2022 Smiles are FREE but by golly gosh they are worth A LOT! We wrapped up our last challenge of the year and check out some of our challengers Eat more, train less, weigh in weekly ... you’re probably thinking I’m going to say these are the no no’s of a Challenge. Well, no actually I’m not. ... Over 8 Weeks we worked on relationships with food, EVERY kind of food and that we can actually eat EVERY kind of food too. We did weekly check ins, focussing on how we are feeling with work, family life, stress levels, water intake, sleep quality ... we weighed in each week too so that we understood how all the above can affect the scales and progress. How important recovery is for the body, regulating hormones and effective training. Finding what works for your lifestyle whilst gaining results physically, emotionally and mentally is really simple. Simple doesn’t mean easy! When you find your own patience, consistency and a routine that suits you long term... well, you end up with these SMILES!!!!!!!!! And to me they are worth ALOT Big shout out to @innerhealthbodyscans for always supporting us throughout our many challenges!!!

10.01.2022 Boxing I have such a love for boxing, it’s always my first choice when craving a solid workout. But it’s also a great sense of power for me! I’ve done many courses over the years and although qualifications are needed you can never gain knowledge like when you actually do it day in and out yourself and have passion for it - I’ve definitely not stepped foot into the ring professionally but have been taught by the best - Phil Holiday No Deal in Ormiston. Whom I highly re...commend! I have taken all the little parts of my boxing experience and rolled them together and For the past 5.5years I have also taken 2 x Boxing Classes at World Gym Bayside. Yes, I have JFit and also pay a coach to take jfit classes while I am at Worlds, I just love teaching Boxing & have had the same members attend my class for years now, so I guess you can say they are a big part of my life. Today I captured some photos, and thought I don’t often post my World Gym class! Tuesday’s & Thursday @ 9:30am Never feels like work with these good eggs See more

06.01.2022 Would you still workout if the way you looked never changed? - I get it though, Weight loss and working out generally fit together in the same sentence, but are you so focussed on the calories you burn or the sweat that drips off your skin to appreciate what your body can achieve physically? -... The right approach to fitness will in turn reward you with more results than you could ever dream of So, What is your approach? How does working out make you feel, today, tomorrow and in the future, do you workout because it makes you feel strong when you lift like a boss or because you thrive off challenging your true potential? Or do you find yourself dragging your arse to gym, counting down the minutes til it’s over, all because you want to look good in size 8 jeans? I’m not here to say it’s wrong to want to look good or lose weight, but how long will your health & fitness journey last if you are forcing it? - Allow yourself the opportunity to actually enjoy working out because of what you are challenged to put in and what in turn it rewards you with: Health Wellness Physical Strength Mental Strength Happiness Longevity Healthier behaviours Healthier relationships Confidence Working out shouldn’t be a punishment for bad habits that you haven’t improved in your daily life, it’s quite the opposite. Like most of us, My reason for joining the gym years ago was to lose weight. Never did I imagine the doors it would open for me and my health & fitness. I’m sure my high school friends are still shocked that I, not only became a PT, but also opened my own gym
