For this, I am very pleased. What you don't see is the number of people that have contacted me and I have dragged my heals and not returned calls or emails. I could give excuses but I won't. What I will do is apologise to those I have let down in the past. I am sorry for the frustration I may has caused you. ... For my new clients, I will endeavour to get back to you asap. My wish is that my "admin" can be 5 ***** as well. I hear many complaints from frustrated clients telling of how they rang several fencing companies and no one turned up when they said they would or didn't return messages etc. I hope I can restore faith in the fencing industry by not treating potential clients in this manner.
