18.01.2022 Bearings, Tyres, Couplings, Hrc elements, Greases and Mechanical Seals. Most common sizes we have in stock here at the shed. Which means when you break down we won't need to order in parts to get you up and going as soon as possible. And anything we don't have can generally get here over night.

17.01.2022 Been a busy week. EBS filters stripped serviced and re-assembled. More winter maintenance completed. Stainless fert quills fabraicated. Footvalve strainers started and a batescrew pump lifted from the river and stripped in a day

17.01.2022 Sorry guys had a pretty hectic end to last year and start to this year and didn't get arpund to putting much on Facebook but here's a few jobs from the end of last year and start of this year Pulled multiple batescrews out for reconditioning and reinstalling them, a few fert tank installs, changing bearings in electric motors, mechanical seals in batescrew and dam shed pumps, a pump we pulled out due to pulling too many amps, turns out it lost its impeller nut and the impeller came adrift and got driven into the bowl, more maintenance on ebs filters, on shed fabbed up out of 10mm plate for walls that a customer wanted removed

17.01.2022 Electric motor we want to change bearings on amd found a damaged shaft, platform ladder we fabricated up, more fert tanks installed and plumbed up, a pump system on pontoons at wood wood that we winched up to remove the motor to repair, a rail we installed into the river for an adjustable pump system, a pump that was removed to have a new mechanical seal I stalled then found that the key steel had worn causing the impeller to flog out the key ways amd bore, another pump we removed to change mechanical seals and once we removed the impeller the end off the shaft fell off, a suction we removed with Sunraysia cranes to have the poly end cut off and a new butt end welded on to take a new 90 degree stainless footvalve we fabbed up

15.01.2022 Quick little modification to a stainless pipe we done today. Adding a couple of flanges to take a check valve and a 1/4 inch socket for a pressure transducer

14.01.2022 Hey guys sorry we have been a bit slack on the old Facebook front again but here a few jobs done lately A bukrake we built to suit a JCB telehandler for an almond farm. A cover fully built out of 316 stainless steel for a bottling machine in at the local distillery. A side discharge Grundfos install that required base, suction, delivery and manifold modifications to fit the original base that had a central delivery pump that was no longer available. A mainline we were able to... repair on site by cutting the old corroded o ring section off the pipe and welding a new flange on that had machined to take an o ring to seal on the PVC pipe A floating footvalve we removed from the dam and repaired after we had to float it due to it sinking as the water hammer causes the the seems in the air chambers to crack and then fill with water. We also then fitted a check valves to the front of the footvalve to reduce the amount of water hammer inside the footvalve itself See more

09.01.2022 Been a busy month. Custom made can-am towbar and trailer restoration. Supply and install new teco motor after we found that the bearing had spun on the oringinal shaft and damged beyond repair. Fabricate and fit more base mounts to motor base. Rebuild grundfos pump after we found 4 footvalve clamps stuck in the impeller. Fabricate custom stainless angle adapter after the suction gasket blew out due to too much force hanging on the poly butt ends and causing them to distort ...and no longer grab the gasket properly. Fabricate custom 6" stainless fill point from manifold through into pvc under ground. Fabricate and install fert spikes for safe and easy cutting of fert bags. Fabricate and install drainage pump shelters on drainage pits. Custom made pipes and t-piece to connect fert pipe into tank

09.01.2022 Been a busy for weeks. Attachments made up for a couple of trenches, a bit of stainless work, another batescrew pulled out with the 100t crane from Sunraysia cranes, numerous rotos pump rebuilds with re-sleeved housings and numerous motor bearings changed.
