24.01.2022 It's so hot outside at the moment - unbelievable for Sydney at this time of year. We discovered a new way to keep our guinea pigs cool outside and be ecofriendly at the same time. If you use individual serve yogurt pots or other small food containers wash them out at the end stack them together and when a hot day is forecast you can make big plain water ice blocks for their water bowl. You can just pop out the ice and refill ready for the next time so your pets don't eat the plastic! You could even add some food to the ice for them!
