25.01.2022 I wanted to say that it's been a pleasure to work on these 2 large Rammed Earth homes. 24.01.2022 The Margaret River Lifestyle Village is closing in on completion with hand-over due in 4 weeks time. Please enjoy the progress photos taken last Friday the 21st of September. Nik from Leeuwin Constructions was busy putting metal beads in place ready for flushing. Further photos closer to the deadline will be sent through as this world class facility unfolds. 20.01.2022 Good morning all, I have just added some more photos for another happy client for a picturesque Semi-rural property in Margaret River. The builder is Sean Flynn from Cove Building 0400 868 765. Sean started the concrete slab pour end of March and is looking at handover end of September. 6 Months build time very impressive. The Clients were very easy to deal with right from early design concept stage through to drafting documentation. Clients took on-b...oard my design advice and were willing to compromise in certain areas to allow a free flowing, economical, sustainable home. 13.01.2022 An update on the Margaret River Lifestyle Village Clubhouse. Building Licence has been granted with concrete slab expected to be poured in November. 08.01.2022 Client / Builder satisfied with construction works just completed in Perth. Earthworks kicked off April last year with a very difficult site to contend with. Client / Builder was Marty O'Dea - Black Dog Building Company - 0449 960 550. Working with Marty from the early design stages right through until Working Drawings were submitted to shire was an enjoyable experience. 01.01.2022 The last 10 weeks construction on the Margaret River Clubhouse has produced some outstanding results. Final metal flashings are being fixed by Chris Morwitzer and the crew at AMR Roofing. Great focus on attention to detail has been achieved so far by Greg Moore, Adam Van Nellestyn and the team from Building Development Group Constructions Pty Ltd.
