25.01.2022 In business they say repeat business is one major key to a successful business. Brent Stone is on hes 3rd trailer with me now. Hes first some years ago was our commercial box trailer 2nd one was a 9.5meter toy hauler and hes 3rd is this custom built 3.5t car trailer which he has just sent this happy snap to me as he is on the road back from the ACT with hes new project.

22.01.2022 A big fabrication job completed and out the door today on this alloy trailer. Remove 400mm off the rear, shorten the A frame by 500mm,fab up some rear & side ramps, fit some internal doors, widen the front section of the cage and a trailer service to finish up.

Which I only had for 4 weeks & still the same owner of it today and is still providing trouble free reliability.park up alongside the latest car trailer we have made to date. The only thing that is the same is that they tow great are tuff & reliable and I still stand behind my product 110%

22.01.2022 A couple of trailers off to a customer in megalong valley to be turned into fire fighting trailers. These trailers need to be made tuff as they will spend there life up and down firetrails and no good falling apart in the middle of a fire.

21.01.2022 When Paul came to me a few months ago,and said Julian I need a trailer that is tuff and practical and no import piece of shit. Well come forward to today and we are nearly ready to get this 3.5t GVM table top trailer off to get gal dip. And we have Natharn’s trick out 3t GVM plant trailer been built at the same time nearly ready for paint.

19.01.2022 Here at JH Custom Trailers & more we understand that sometimes you want to build the trailer yourself. So we are more than happy to help you out where you need help with your build. This particular job the owner was not to sure on setting up of the tri axle suspension. So we supplied and fitted the suspension for him to help him out with hes build.

18.01.2022 Another awesome build comes to a completion. The brief from Hawkesbury tree services was simply but the same as all our customers. It needs to be able to carry hes machines to work every day and come home every day. Needs to be 100% completed.

17.01.2022 Another major repair finished off to day. Horse float came in due to losing a wheel. Well that open a can of worms. Wheel bearing failed due to a bent stub axle, than we notice that the suspension spring where broken and as we where cutting the old suspension out we notice the Draw bar had started to crack. Slipper springs replaced with a share loading rocker roller suspension. Draw bar replaced with one that was fabricated in our shop to meet nsw RMS rules this time. New stub axle fitted with brake drum and backing plate and a service on the rest of the trailer. Just all in a days work for us.

16.01.2022 A few trailers went out the door for some customers today Kane pick up hes custom aluminium flat bed. Kane supplied the tray and the wheels and we did the rest of the work.full gal chassis with LED lights, 3t rocker roller suspension. And young Dave picked up hes custom made trailer.custom made tool box,3t rocker roller suspension,2.8t GVM, Custom made trundle tray,mag wheels,LED lights and so on.

16.01.2022 Just received some photos of the fire trailers we built the other week. All fitted out and ready to go to work. Remember when building these types of trailers they need to be strong as they are normally over loaded and bouncing around fire trails at break neck speed trying to get to that fire. Nothing worse than the draw bar falling off or cracking when you most want it. Buy quality not cheap shit.

04.01.2022 When you take your trailer / caravan in for a service to your local mechanic. Are you confident in that he is doing a thorough check of all the major parts and not just checking lights and the wheel bearings. This is the 2nd caravan in two days we have serviced with major chassis cracks. Just imagine this coming apart at 100k/h.

02.01.2022 Most probably one of the smallest trailers we have every made. But it still gets our 110% attention. 2400 x 2000 table top with a GVM of 2t on a rocker roller suspension and hot gal dip. This one is off to Spitwater as a delivery trailer.

02.01.2022 Well it’s the end of the year.,and our last build is done. What a cool, tuff looking trailer to finish the year on. A big credit to my trailer fabricators with another great build under their belts. Nothing but only quality builds come out of this shop.. Paul I hope you like it..

02.01.2022 The boys at Spitwater pressure cleaners had us build another quality trailer for a mobile pressure washer station for Ragging Rapids (wet&wild)at sydney. The finished product is all done and ready for delivery out to Ragging Rapids this morning. I have never seen so many exited guys & girls over one of our trailers as the crew out at Ragging Rapids came out for there inspection. Thanks Joe Galea for the opportunity to work with you guys again
