24.01.2022 Great weekend at Family Bassin fishing with Graham Ford and Ty Marchant my youngest son. Very proud dad as Ty contributed to the bag both days Fishing the Kistler KLX light rod and using 2 inch Keitech easy shiners the lure of choice for imitation of smelt and Jigpro jig heads . 15.01.2022 A couple of Copeton Dam Cod for Christmas the larger one was tamed by a Kistler Helium3 6’6 Medium X-Fast bait casting rod 8-12lb rated rod but made on Garry Loomis Northfork blanks that make these rods strong sensitive and very light. This rod handled this fish which was a little short of a metre on 20lb braid with ease and is an absolute pleasure to cast for extended periods due to its light weight . Caught on surface made it an experience to remember. A big thanks to Graham Ford and his Professionally certified inland Charter operation and Scott Schmierer for his company along the way.
