We have the option to stay open to each client for 30 mins and although we can complete hair cuts, trims, washes etc in that time; putting public health at risk is just not on our agenda this year. 24.01.2022 Its a scary time right now, and a lot of local businesses are feeling the weight of that. We pledge to support local and purchase what goods we can from local business from here in. We also wanted to let our valued clients know that we have implemented further cleaning measures on top of our usual standards. The salon is getting a thorough clean at the end of each day by the girls but it is then also being cleaned at night. Our usual cleaning practices include the below but... on top of these this is the current cleaning schedule for the nightly clean: Anti-bacterial wipe down of all hard services, eftpos machine, chairs, couches, stations, and anything within site. The bathroom will be thoroughly cleaned nightly and will of course be stocked with hand wash APU. We will then be implementing the below as of tonight: Due to multiple clients being in the salon at once, clients will be seated no less than 1.5 metres from each other. Coffee and tea will be served in takeaway cups where stock is available locally, if you wish to bring your own you are more than welcome to do so and we will happily oblige. For a lot of people this time is anxiety inducing and scary, a lot of people heavily rely on routine wether it be their daily coffee or having their hair done. Currently the days available will be Thursday, Friday Saturday. ... We will be limiting it to one stylist and 2 customers in salon at any given time so slots will be extremely limited. (save as for parents with children needing cuts) We will be exercising the below to ensure the safety of clients and stylists. 2 metre distancing between clients. Bottled waters supplied instead of tap Hand wash and sanitiser available. EFTPOS is preferred but we understand a lot of our clients rely heavily on cash so we will be accepting it but would prefer the above.
