All our Adult classes Muay Thai - BJJ - XFIT are training as normal... If you are going away or not training over the holidays please let our coaches know by either SMS, Email, Facebook or phone call as we are happy to stop the membership over that period

20.01.2022 Today we took 11 little warriors down to Innisfail to compete in BJJ had some very tough matches throughout all the children's divisions but the children were all amazing and we are very proud of each one of them. Then back in Cairns we had the Muay Thai crew support Mannie in his debut fight and managing a TKO via leg kicks A very successful day for the Jigsaw Team - shout out to everyone for travelling to either event to support their team buddies

Adults 6pm til 7.30pm New members are always welcome and what better way to start then at the start of a school term.
